Having issues connecting to the Wi-Fi? 

We highly recommend taking the following steps to troubleshoot: 

  • Forget and reconnect to the network 
  • Clear your cache and browsing history 
  • Restart your personal device

    Yes, the The Kallang provides free Wi-Fi to all patrons during this beta-testing period. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available at selected venues such as the National Stadium.

    You may enjoy free Wi-Fi at these spots around The Kallang: 

    • National Stadium: Level 2 to 5, Concourse, Promenade and F&B concession stands (Wi-Fi is not available at the concert floor level / field of play at the moment)

    Wi-Fi speeds and user experience are influenced by the number of users connected to and using the network.  Avoid data-intensive activities such as livestreaming on social networks and transferring large files.

    Security is the top priority for our Wi-Fi network.  Tests have been conducted to ensure the network meets industry standards. We are committed to providing a secure and protected connection for every patron.

    You will need to agree to The Kallang Group Privacy Policy & Terms of Use to access the free Wi-Fi service.  

    I am a tourist in Singapore visiting The Kallang. Can I enjoy the free Wi-Fi service?

    Yes, you may enjoy free Wi-Fi upon successful connection. A 10-minute grace period will be granted for all patrons to access the network to complete the OTP authentication process.  You will need a valid email address for authentication to connect to the Wi-Fi network.
