Every December, the same question fills every group chat: Where’s the best place to count down? The rooftop bars are pricey, Marina Bay is packed, and Sentosa’s beach parties sound fun — but they’re a trek and often feel the same year after year. What if the best New Years’ experience isn’t about squeezing into a crowd or queuing for drinks, but about sharing one unforgettable night surrounded by music, fireworks, and that unmistakable buzz of community?
At The Kallang, you get the best of it all: four-and-a-half hours of live music, 35 minutes of fireworks, Singapore’s longest display this year; and wide-open spaces where every moment feels shared yet personal.
Turn Up the Night: Performances That Define the Countdown
For the first time ever, Stadium Roar becomes a full-scale concert ground. The Countdown 2026 Concert starts at 8.30 p.m., bringing together the Kings of K-pop, Super Junior, in their 20th-anniversary year, with an all-star line-up of regional and local acts. Expect powerhouse vocals from Cheng Huan (承桓), dynamic sets from Benjamin Kheng, Tabitha Nauser, and Iman Fandi, plus high-energy performances by DJs Inquisitive and Farah Farz, and dance crews from O School.
Hosted by Hazelle Teo and Cruz Teng, the four-and-a-half-hour show builds from sing-along anthems to a midnight crescendo that lights up both stage and sky.
Tickets are now sold out — so if you missed the chance to snag a spot at the countdown concert, no worries, The live performances will be streamed on big screens at OCBC Square and the Water Sports Centre, where the crowd and energy rival the main stage.
