Move, Play and Groove: What’s On at the National Stadium Experience (12-18 January 2026)

If you’re looking for an active, feel-good way to spend the weekend, Week 2 of the National Stadium Experience delivers a high-energy mix of fitness, play and creative moments — all set within Singapore’s iconic National Stadium.

With a refreshed lineup of inflatables, workouts, family-friendly games and live music, this weekend is all about movement, discovery and spending quality time together at The Kallang.

Run the Iconic Track

Mon – Thurs: 5pm – 9pm

Fri: 4pm – 9pm

Sat & Sun: 9am – 9pm

Back by popular demand, Track Access returns for Week 2, welcoming runners, walkers and families alike. Whether you’re clocking personal bests, easing into a light jog, or enjoying a stroll with the kids, the National Stadium’s shaded, all-weather track offers a comfortable and safe space to stay active — no matter the weather.

It’s a rare chance to experience the stadium from the athlete’s perspective, and one that continues to draw both first-timers and returning patrons.

Bounce Into the Weekend: Inflatable Fun

17 & 18 Jan | 9am – 9pm

The Inflatable Playground makes its return this weekend, bringing with it two crowd-favourite inflatables designed to delight different age groups and energy levels.

Wipeout Meltdown is a high-energy, obstacle-themed inflatable that puts agility, balance and quick reflexes to the test. Participants will jump, duck and weave their way through moving elements, all while trying to stay on their feet — making it perfect for kids who love a challenge and a little friendly competition. Expect plenty of laughs, dramatic near-misses and cheering from the sidelines as players race their way through the course.

Please note that a minimum age of 6 years is required to participate.

For younger children and families looking for something more relaxed, the Sport Olympic Inflatable offers an inclusive, all-ages experience. With no minimum age requirement, this inflatable is ideal for little ones to explore safely while parents join in the fun. Designed around playful sports-themed elements, it encourages movement, imagination and shared moments between parents and children.

Available on weekends only, the Inflatable Playground is set to be a highlight of the National Stadium Experience — delivering joyful energy, light-hearted competition and plenty of photo-worthy moments for the whole family.

Family Games with Families For Life

17 & 18 Jan | 9am – 9pm

Adding to the weekend fun, Families for Life brings a lineup of interactive booths designed to encourage families to play, create and connect with one another in a relaxed and welcoming setting.

Families can enjoy basketball and golf stations, where both kids and adults can try their hand at simple, light-hearted challenges. Whether it’s shooting a few hoops or testing your putting skills, these stations are all about movement, laughter and friendly encouragement — no pressure, just good fun.

Capture the moment at the photobooth, where families can snap keepsake photos together. It’s the perfect opportunity to pause, smile and walk away with a tangible memory from your day at the National Stadium.

For those who love getting hands-on, the creative booths offer blow art and leather craft activities. Kids can experiment with colours and patterns through blow art, while leather craft sessions allow participants to create simple, personalised items to take home. These activities invite creativity, patience and collaboration — and often spark proud smiles as little creations come to life.

Thoughtfully designed to be inclusive and easy to enjoy together, the Families for Life activities are suitable for all ages and abilities. No prior experience is needed — just bring your family, your curiosity, and a readiness to have fun.

Get Creative with Art Jamming

17 & 18 Jan | 9am – 9pm

For those who prefer a slower, more expressive pace, Art Jamming offers a chance to unwind and get creative. Participants can explore colours, textures and ideas in a relaxed setting, making it a perfect activity for families, friends or anyone looking to take a mindful break from the hustle of the week.
