Welcome to the third week of Sports Hub Stars, our weekly segment where we feature visitors of the Sports Hub and share their stories! This week, we met Farah and Tiffany at the100Plus Promenade, in the middle of leading their university orientation activities.

WHAT IS YOUR FITNESS ROUTINE?
I like to play sports once a week, mostly badminton but occasionally softball and floorball as well. I am also in a dance company, so I dance once, sometimes, twice a week.
ARE YOU ON A STRICT DIET?
No, I eat what I want!
WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE SPORTS HUB FACILITY AND COULD YOU PLEASE TELL US WHY?
I’ve used the Badminton Courts in the OCBC Arena before, the location is super convenient for me because I live nearby. It’s also a good place to meet other people who play the same sport. I also often hang out with my friends by the track at the 100Plus promenade, I used to have Roller Skating here as well, but the skill has since left me.

WHAT IS YOUR FITNESS ROUTINE?
I mainly dance! I’m in my school dance CCA which is called Soul Funk Pop & Lock. I also go for classes outside sometimes across all sorts of genres.
ARE YOU ON A STRICT DIET?
I also eat what I want!
WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE SPORTS HUB FACILITY AND WHY?
I’ve also used the Badminton Courts in the OCBC Arena with my friends! It’s a good place to bond with your friends and relive our school days through sport.
The OCBC Arena is THE place to try out some new sports in indoor, air-conditioned comfort! Between the badminton courts, basketball courts, table tennis tables and the gyms, you are sure to find a way to work up a sweat, pick up a new sport or make some friends.
