Enjoy A Meaningful Festive Season By Giving To The Less Fortunate

Team Nila Giving Marathon – 42 days of non-stop giving

The festive season is upon us once again! Let’s celebrate the festive spirit by sharing our joy.

You might have heard of an annual charity event called SG Cares Giving Week, which will be held from 1st to 7th December this year. Co-driven by SG Cares Office, National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre and National Council of Social Service, this special week is chock-full of charitable events that anyone can lend their time, talents, treasure and voice to, in support of many beneficiaries.

Contribute and Give Actively with Team Nila
A national sport volunteerism movement by Sport Singapore, Team Nila is organising a series of meaningful initiatives as part of SG Cares Giving Week which include The Christmas Sport Festivals and One Nila Drive.

Sport has a special way of bringing people from all walks of life together. As part of SG Cares Giving Week, Team Nila will be organising Christmas Sport Festivals across various locations, inviting the community to try various sports and enjoy a variety of carnival games. Come celebrate with the community and get active with your family and friends this festive season.

The One Nila Drive is organised to support different beneficiary groups, including underprivileged families, children’s homes, and isolated seniors. Team Nila is collecting non-perishable food items and sport packs at various ActiveSG sport centres islandwide. Simply drop off your items at a donation booth in our ActiveSG Sport Centre near you!

Looking for more opportunities to engage with the community through sport? Perhaps you’d like to volunteer with Team Nila, which offers all kinds of volunteering and training opportunities.
